We offer a complete service for the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation drawings with a free, no obligation initial consultation at your property to discuss your requirements. We cover all types of projects from extensions and loft conversion to new houses and commercial units and all of our visits are followed up with a written quotation explaining the necessary fees and processes involved.
All existing properties are accurately measured with laser technology by one of our surveyors and electronic plans are then produced showing your existing property and your proposed alterations. We then work closely with yourselves to ensure everything meets your requirements before submitting to the Local Authority.
Your application is monitored throughout the determination period to ensure that it runs as smoothly as possible.
In some circumstances additional information is required to support your application such as BREEAM assessments, CGI’s, Code For Sustainable Homes, land contamination reports, ecological surveys, flood risk assessments, arboricultural method statements etc and we are able to provide these services if required.
All building regulation plans are prepared in accordance with current building regulations requirements and again we work closely with building control and your builder to ensure a smooth build.
